👋 Hi there

I’m Yue Zhang (YOO-ay ZHANG), and I love creating simple, delightful user experiences while helping businesses achieve their goals.

Currently, I work at Primary, a NYC-based gender-neutral kids' clothing company. As the sole Product Designer on the team, I wear many hats: conducting research, designing accessible user experiences for both the customer-facing website and the internal tooling, maintaining the design system, building CMS-able templates, and more. Before Primary, I worked at an e-learning startup as a UX Designer.

My love for design, psychology, and technology brought me into UX/UI design. I love using visual languages to make an impact and gaining a better understanding of how minds work through user research.

In my spare time, I enjoy bouldering, hiking, singing, and journaling my sci-fi themed dreams. I might public them somewhere one day.
